Found in an unknown russian YouTube channel, it confirms that vehicles are back.

We had confirmation that Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass is being developed thanks to a Teaser Trailer we talked about this April but, till now, no official gameplay videos were available. Pre-Alpha footage, probably leaked, of the new heavy in development Croteam's game was just found (at the time of writing) in a small YouTube channel called Questrium.

In the various gameplay chunks are shown different weapons and various already seen enemies, all similar to Serious Sam 3 ones, but also some new enemies like zombie prisoners and soldiers. The big comeback are vehicles which are missing from the now more than a decade old Serious Sam 2: at the moment only a motorbike and are harvester are the drivable vehicles but it is still unknown if in the final game more will be available.

On the technical and gameplay side the game doesn't betrays its pre-alpha state, showing very flat shooting mechanics and very crude models and animations (probably placeholders) for most of the weapons and new enemies. As a side note, Croteam and Devolver Digital didn't show Planet Badass during the now ended E3, assumingly because of how early in development the game still is.

There is still place for very fast, all action, over crowded FPS games and Serious Sam is one of the major ones in this category, in fact it is a while that players are waiting for the follow up (prequel in this case) of the series. We have to wait for more finished and officially released content to start to judge if Planet Badass is worth considering, although with no doubt this footage represents a very early state of the game and probably shouldn't have been showed to the crowd.
